Frontier Land Co will be conducting a Reverse Auction on 3.31 Acres located north of the Holiday Inn Express in Torrington, WY.

AUCTION CONDITIONS

• On November 1st the starting price will be $125,000
• Every day, including weekends and holidays, the price will be reduced by $1,000.
• The new effective price will be in effect at 6:00 am MST each morning.
• A person wanting to claim the new price may do so by texting or calling Shawn Madden (307-532-1575) starting at 6:00 am. First and earliest response to new price will be the winner. Early bids before 6:00 am will not be considered valid.
• The successful bidder will be will be required to sign a purchase and sale agreement and close within 30 days of claiming the bid. Successful bidder will have one business day to sign the contract and put up $5,000 earnest money. Calendar auction will be put on hold to complete the contract.

• Broker participation will be available for a flat rate of $1,500. Agent must be acknowledged at time of price claim.
• No offers will be accepted if the offer is lower than the calendar reduction.
